Diversity and Inclusion Committee

The Department of Psychology Diversity and Inclusion Committee consists of faculty, staff, and students who come together to help promote and support the Department's diversity mission. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month. The Diversity and Inclusion Committee also evaluates applications for Diversity and Inclusion Grants.

We greatly appreciate community members sharing ongoing issues or areas for improvement with the committee. We encourage suggestions that describe a specific incident that needs to be addressed, as well as general advice about activities or services that would facilitate a sense of belonging among all the members of our community. Submit suggestions anonymously here.

Questions and concerns about Departmental matters relevant to diversity and inclusion can be shared with the Associate Head for Diversity and Inclusion or any committee member.

Anyone wishing to report a specific incident can find resources at the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: https://diversity.illinois.edu/report-an-incident/
