- Cognitive Neuroscience
At the University of Illinois, I am part of a research team that examines the role of cognition and emotion in risk and resilience for psychopathology. I am primarily involved in a project exploring how individuals with a history of aggression respond to sustained stress. We use measures of brain activity (EEG) to gain insight into the cognitive and physiological processes associated with the relationship between aggression and stress. In the future, I hope to focus on the neural mechanisms associated with cognition and emotion in aging.

Beginning with the freight elevator, each elevator will be out of service for three months. To get quickly from one floor to another, and improve your fitness, we will encourage the use of the stairs. The repainting of the northeast stairwell has been completed, and the painter is starting on the southwest stairwell.
