2015 Career Information Night
The Department of Psychology would like to invite alumni back to campus on Monday, March 2, 2015 to participate in our annual Career Information Night (CIN). CIN is held from 5:00-6:30pm in the Atrium, located on the first floor of the Psychology Building.
Alumni meet with students on a one-to-one basis and share how a Psychology degree helped shape their career path. Here are some questions that students might ask you to address:
- How did a Psychology degree help you develop and/or advance in your career?
- Did you have more than one major or concentration when you were an undergraduate?
- What experiences did you have outside of the classroom that made a difference in your working life?
The head of the department hosts an alumni dinner at the conclusion of CIN. You will have the chance to chat with the head, staff in the department, Psychology Alumni Advisory Board members, and other CIN alumni participants. CIN is a very enjoyable and rewarding experience from start to finish!
Let Cheryl Berger know if you are interested in being part of CIN. You can reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org or (217) 333-3429.
If you cannot come back to campus you can “Share Your Story” with students at:
Sharing your time and your story will enhance the undergraduate Psychology program at the University of Illinois.
